We are currently seeking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team of professionals for our Riyadh Branch

Roles and responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations on 3D scanning & printing equipment.
• Provide rapid response technical support for a wide variety of customers in many disciplines and industries as per company procedures.
• Troubleshoot, maintenance and repair issues related to 3D scanning & printing equipment as well as facility machines and systems.
• Understand the sales process to provide effective technical support.
• Document, track, and follow up with customer issues to complete resolution.
• Maintain repository of all documents.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience

What we look for 

Required

• Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ or Electrical engineer with hands on skills and abilities.
• 2-3 years of related experience with computer/printers or photocopy machine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, or similar background.
• Proficient problem solving and ability to diagnose and solve system/equipment issues.
• Ability to learn new skills, adapt to changing environments and show attention to detail.
• Experience working with hands, tools, and machinery with general knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Presentable with excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and verbal)
• High level of self-motivation.

Preferred

• Knowledge and understanding of the Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing technology.
• Knowledge in 3-D modeling using CAD, solid works, inventor, or similar software.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Customer focused and service oriented.
